La Barraca is licenced for tourism rental, entered on Tourism Register of Catalonia (RTC) with licence number: HUTG-045583. The cottage is available for rent all year round. Situated in a natural woodland area —known as Farena— in the heart of the Costa Brava, 1 km from the town of Palafrugell and 1.5 km from the beaches of Llafranc, Calella and Tamariu.

My name is Maria, and I am the owner of the cottage, along with my husband Santi.

I am proud of this area where I was born and raised, and delighted to share it with our guests who come here to enjoy a vacation in this beautiful place.

I am a graduate in Tourist Information and Marketing and Tourism Accommodation Management, with 25 years experience of working in the tourism sector, and advising on company management. I enjoy updating my knowledge and skills constantly to improve our tourism offering and give the best service.

My enthusiasm for my native place, and my experience in the tourism sector led me to make the leap and set up my own tourism rental enterprise.
