• 🚫 Access: The entrance from the outside of the house has a few stairs and does not have an access ramp.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and in the garden. However, it is permitted exclusively on the outdoor terrace. We kindly ask that you always respect the surrounding natural environment.

• 🚽 Septic tank: The house features an ecological wastewater system; therefore, do not flush personal hygiene products or plastics down the toilet.
• 🥛 Potable water: The tap water is safe to drink, although it has a high limescale content. For this reason, it is better to use bottled water for drinking and for electrical appliances, as limescale can damage them.
• 💧 Water saving: Water is a scarce resource in our country. Thank you for using it responsibly.

As this is a country house in a natural setting, there are no rubbish bins on the property. Guests must manage their own waste, and dispose of it at the recycling points located at the entrance of Palafrugell, Llafranc, or Calella.
